We go above and beyond to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that shopping online can sometimes raise concerns, and we're committed to making your Airluxe experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Airluxe accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You did not receive the color or model you ordered.
- The item is in new condition, with no signs of use or damage.
- All original packaging must be intact.
Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Send us photos or videos explaining the reason for your return to sav@velinia.shop, along with your order number. Our team will promptly assist you by following the instructions provided on this page.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. For items valued at over $75 CAD, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or adding insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proper tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and update you on the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take between 2 and 3 business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. If you do not receive your refund after this period, please contact us at sav@velinia.shop so we can investigate further.
Gifts
If your purchase was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a digital gift voucher via email.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at sav@velinia.shop within 48 hours of receiving it. After this period, we may not be able to process your claim. We rely on tracking information and the carrier’s delivery confirmation to handle return or damage requests.
